Apple’s advertising has always been sentimental, entertaining, and funny, and this fall is no different. In Apple’s new ad for the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus, Tonight Show’s own Jimmy Fallon joins his best TV friend, Justin Timberlake, in a comical 30-second spot.
The ad highlights Apple’s new emphasis on iOS 8’s new fitness-tracking applications. Fallon and JT battle it out on stair climbing, calorie consumption, and jog distance in this bit featuring Apple’s new Heatlh app. It speaks well to the use of these new iPhone features, and how it is finally catching up with the fad of wearables and fitness tracking apps. In time, it’s also likely to ubiquitous with Apple Watch due next year.
Whatever the case, I think we can all agree Jimmy and JT should make a movie together already.
